Weather is unpredictable, and the top priority is to make sure all event attendees are safe. We'll work closely with you or event staff to ensure the weather policy is observed and all safety protocol is followed.

Indoor Relocation: If outdoor weather conditions are unsuitable, the parties may agree to relocate the services to an indoor location, provided such location meets the space and power requirements. If indoor relocation is not possible, the equipment will not operate in inclement weather and the services will either be paused or the equipment will be disassembled, at Round Robin's discretion.

The equipment will not be set up or operated if the following weather conditions occur:

  • Wind conditions exceed fifteen (15) miles per hour;
  • Lightning is present within thirty (30) minutes (if lightning strikes within the 30-minute delay, the clock will reset)
  • Other outdoor weather conditions (e.g., rain, extreme temperatures) make it unsafe to operate the equipment.
  • Round Robin shall have sole discretion to determine whether weather conditions are suitable for the safe operation of the equipment.

Weather Delays: If inclement weather is present upon Round Robin's arrival at the event location, setup will be delayed until weather conditions allow for safe setup and operation of the equipment.

If inclement weather occurs during the service period, operation of the equipment will be halted until weather conditions improve and it is safe to resume operation.
